Loan Pre-qualification Request

It's super important you get a pre-approval letter prior to placing offers on homes.


  1. So you know what you can borrow.  Finding out what you can get approved for saves you and your agent countless hours by limiting your search to homes within your price range.
  2. To prove you're ready to buy.  Agents are some of the busiest people on the planet and not only appreciate a client that gets a pre-approval letter, but they will prioritize these clients.
  3. To strengthen your offer.  All other things being equal, home owners will ALWAYS accept the offer with a loan pre approval letter.

Getting pre approved just takes a few minutes, but will put you ahead of other buyers. 

Choosing the best mortgage lender for the job is so important.  Once you are under contract and have completed any inspections you want to have done, it's up to the lender to get everything processed in an efficient and timely manner so you can close on time.  With so much at stake here are a couple lenders that my clients have appreciated working with.
